Sugar Processing Equipment a) Crystallizers : All air cooled, water cooled & Vacuum Crystallizers of batch type horizontal crystallizers designed & manufactured all steel constructed with sufficient thickness for trough body, end plates, stiffeners, discharge gate etc. with efficient stirring arrangement of sturdy cones for air cooled and sturdy heat exchange unit for water cooled with drive motor, reduction gear, to give striker speed of not more than 60 RPH.
b) Magma Mixer / Mol Tank :
1. Magma mixer of steel construction of std sizes and specification is designed with drive, motor GB/ Planetary unit, beaters open gear units, stuffing box etc.
2. Milk of lime tank of desired capacity with stirring arrangement and sturdy manufactured complete with connections, drive valves etc.
c) Cranes:
Class 2 type cranes of single girder, double girder confirming to TS 3177 / 807. EOT/HOT type 3 motions, of various capacities from IMT to 20MT FOR Milling house and Power House (Hot type).
