Sugar Mill Machineries a) Rake Carriers with Donelly Chute : Rake type conveyor of steel construction width to accommodate 1500 mm to 1700 mm rakes, suitable length and feeding height of 3 mtrs. Suitable length and feeding height of 3 mtrs. Suitable designed Donnelly chute above top roller. Rakes fabricated type, fixed on 229 mm P block type forged chain & sprockets. Suitable runners, structure , head end tail end shafts, GM Bush brgs, drive sprocket chain motor, gear box , variable speed drive, and tightening arrangements. Speed of carrier will be 10 meters/ min.to 25 meters/ minute.
b) Under Feed, TRPF Rollers : Cast iron shell hot shrunk fitted grooved inter meshing type or M.S. fabricated toothed type under feed rollers and TRPF roller with shaft of 35C8, B.G.M. bush bearings, pinions, set etc.
c) Cush Cush Conveyor : U shaped double scroll screw type conveyor, sturdy designed for ultimate capacity. Screw flight dia of 600 Ø and suitable length, discharge perforated bottom for juice drainage. Complete with motor, gearbox, gearpair, to run not more than 40 RPM.
d) Bagasse Elevator, Return Bagasse, Cross Bagasse Carrier : All carriers and elevators suitably designed to the desired TCD manufactured in All steel construction, sturdy troughs, braced, heavy supporting structures, fabricated rakes or slats, fixed on 150 mm chain, 40,000 kgs breaking strength, suitable sprockets, motor, gear box, drive chain & sprockets, GM / Roller bearings, Idler shaft assembly, platform & staircase etc.a complete unit.
