Cane Handling Equipment We design and supply a good range of cane handling devices as per standard specifications of National Federation of Co.op sugar factories for 1250 TCD to 5000 TCD.
a) Cane Unloader : Designed and supplied as per IS : Class 14 specifications, 20 lift per hour, for Truck and Cart, sling bar type, 2/3 motions, hoisting speed 9 M/mins, Gross and Long travel 15 mtrs/mins, with crane duty motors, helical / warm gearboxes, Electro hydro thrust type brake with all accessories for CAPACITY 3MT TO 7.5 MT.
b) Feeder Table : Design & Installation as per std. Specifications, size 6m x 7m having 3º angle available also 4m x 5m (clients requirement). Duly completed with chain 40 T to 60 T breaking load, sprockets, gears, gearbox, motor, VFD etc.
c) Cane Carrier : Design & Installation as per Std specification, width sizes 1524mm, 1700mm etc. suitable to TCD. Feeding length 30m, inclination of 18ºC & 8º for Leveler & fibrizer. Complete with chain 150 P, slats, sprockets motors, gear box, open gear pair etc.
